DETAIL DESCRIPTION
I was driving behind a woman on a one-way road. I wasnt very close to her but she started yelling and flicking me off in her left side view mirror for virtually no reason. Then, a few minutes later, she threw a white plastic bag out of the window into the grass, which from the looks of it may have had a an empty plastic bottle in it as well. She was going 20 miles an hour in a 30 mph zone, so it was easy to see she was throwing trash. Not only did she later roll her window down when the road opened up to two lanes, but she started screaming at me and flicking me off again, for reasons I do not know. This angers me, as there is much wildlife in the Westchase area, such as deer, turtles and many species of birds that could be harmed by this plastic in the grass that they live in. |
