DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Driver threw a cup, napkin, and other litter out the window and into the *beautiful* natural area between the Claremont Hotel and Grizzly Peak. I honked loudly, and the driver sped way up, all the way up the hill, then turned left onto Grizzly Peak. (S)He was probably embarrassed by such repugnant behavior and wanted to get away from me, since I called him/her on it with the honking. |
