DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Driver of a Vehicle through trash out of his window then grabbed a second hand full and through it out his windows wiggling his fingers to be sure that all he had was released. I opened my driver door and told him to pick it up (as the signal was still red for us. I honked my horn and suggested again he pick up his trash. He looked at me through his truck driver side mirror (likely in his 20”s dark hair, ball cap possibly Hispanic ). I was behind him until he turned in to turn into the appointment down about 4 blocks on the north side of the street . His passenger, (female long dark hair, brown eyes, early 20’s, looked Hispanic) rolled down her window and proceeded to flip me off. I told them through the two open windows that we don’t do that here. We don’t litter. When she flipped me off again I said I have your plate and will report this. |
