DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Urinating off balcony,throwing dirty diapers, food,fast food cups, water bottles, cigarette butts, cigar wrappers, hundreds of styrofoam bean bag beds thrown off balcony on several occasions. Grocery bags of garbage, boxes full of trash, glasses and beer bottles thrown down and shattered everywhere. Not always the same items but happens multiple times a day. Piles of used illegal fireworks left on the sidewalk and in bushes from July 4th. |
