On August 11, 2019 at around 5:15 PM, a red car in front of me opened the passenger door side window to dump ten’s of cigarillo wrappers, and loose tobacco, on the road littering the Cook County forest preserve with trash that could, most likely, pollute, and harm the ecology. |
