I was on my way home due to a fire outbreak near my house and wanted to film what it looked like, so we were all driving really slow and I saw the guy in front of me smoking. No big deal, but with the plume of fire in the forefront, he had the nerve to flick his cigarette out the window. I have it all on film too. |
