One white woman and a black man drove their 3 kids to the Fifeville park. The children were pulling out all of the dog waste bags, filling them with air, then popping them and throwing them on the ground.
When confronted the woman said to the children Dont you touch those, they are filled with dog crap
No, you children are filling them up with air, and popping them, they are clean. They are littering, they need to clean up their mess
And they refused to clean any up. At least 10 plastic bags blowing around in the breeze.
I stood by the bags and blocked them from picking more out.
After 5 minutes they got back in and said Go mind your own fucking business
This is my business

And they drove off in a creamish large SUV, maybe like a 2010 Expedition?
