On the 26 of March, Ive noticed a black car with tented windows, throughing a juice bottle out the window. Ive also noticed drug sales goes on at the curbside of the street, by the party store. Also, the same people gather there daily to buy drugs and litter. Then also get their drugs, go to the alley use the drugs and litter. Also, people walk by, and discard what ever they are done with. |
