DETAIL DESCRIPTION
At approximately 1:00-1:15 pm on Sat, 23 May 2020, a sole male parked across from the Circle K gas station (12625 Frederick St Q, Moreno Valley) and tossed a single truck/SUV tire into an empty grass lot cordoned by chains. This gentleman parks in this location frequently if not daily. Other items of note were his description (tall (~6), lanky, short trimmed dark hair, lightly tanned/light brown skin tone, light pinkish shirt, blue jeans, white surgical mask covered facial features) and the fact he was also carrying 3-4 clear plastic Starbucks coffee drinks in a biodegradable pulp fiber 4 cup carrier. This individual crossed Towngate Blvd and entered the Stella at Towngate apartment complex across the street (no residence information). |
