Noticed passenger toss something out window caught my attention. Looked closer, appeared to be female passenger cleaning her ears and then through 2nd qtip out the window. Driver was male. If luck would have it, they got off highway where I did, cut off a blue Quest mini van simultaneously running the stop sign, Fairfield CA, the van was about to stop at. Total lack of respect for community and others. |
