DETAIL DESCRIPTION
White pickup truck with lawn care trailer, Hispanic male, late 40s or 50s, throws food scrap in clear plastic paper from drivers side window into middle of street, broad daylight in view of everyone.
Was unable to get the name of the lawn care company from the side of the truck, but I will post on social media once I see the truck again.
