DETAIL DESCRIPTION
On E. Craig Road, across from a Wal Mart and near NAFB, there is an unfinished construction project called The Cliffs of Dover townhomes. A cement culvert, fenced in, runs in front of it. This culvert is filled with garbage and littering, much of it empty cat food cans as people passing by are throwing cans of food over the fence for the stray cats!! I try to pick up plastic bottles, empty soda cans when I can, but please, make someone clean up this mess and get rid of the nasty cats!! |
