I pulled up to target shopping center Sunday September 6th, I was sitting in my car finishing my breakfast and then I noticed this guy throw his coffee cup into the planter, I got out the car and confronted him and said Hey man, pick up your fucking trash from the planter. , he replied with its not your fucking business, and his wife or girlfriend also replied why is this your business and I replied that I also live in Moreno Valley and dont want to see trash lying around everywhere. I said I got there end response on video and notified them that there is a $1000 fine for littering in California, the beginning of my video you can hear him say , Id be happy to pay it. |
