DETAIL DESCRIPTION
This person comes and parks in this neighborhood and while he sits there, he dumps all of his trash on the street. He emptied
his car trash yesterday. Today when he came, he dumbed even more trash! Hes been coming lately and only sits there. He doesnt look familiar; probably doesnt live around here. I called a couple agencies but it seems theres nothing they can do (unless caught in the act, I was told). Hope this helps in some way. It bothers me ppl can do stuff like this. |
