DETAIL DESCRIPTION
We were stopped at a light south of Ventura Blvd. heading north on Lindley Ave. We were in the left turn lane one car length behind and to her left. She was stopped in the right lane also heading north one car length ahead of us.
a woman opened her SUV driver door, leaned out and dropped what look like a Coffee Bean plastic clear cut with a top and straw in it onto the street. The light changed to green and we all went on our way. I had a witness in my car. It was so blatant I want her to get a ticket, is that possible? |
