As we stopped at the red light exiting I-64W on exit 276C ramp, I was in the far left turning lane to turn left onto E. Little Creek Rd. The woman in the car in front of me opened her driver side car door, placed her McDonalds cup, bag, napkins, and other litter on the road next to her car and then drove off when the light turned green. |
