DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Yesterday I observed workers who had just resurfaced the chimney at 8313 Willow Creek Blvd. dump leftover concrete from a wheel barrow into and around the small creek that runs behind our houses in this subdivision. They have polluted the creek. I have taken extensive photos. Their scaffolding is still here, so they will return for it at some point.
