DETAIL DESCRIPTION
My daughter and I were following a car that was white or grey, license plate BUC 1354. A lady threw paper out the rear passengers window three times on Century Center by Rivertown Mall in Grandville, Michigan. The window was still down when I pulled up next to them. I told them, Dont throw stuff out the window. As I pulled away, they were yelling at me and laughing. In the car were two men and two women (one of the men was driving). I would say they were all between 19 and 25 years old. |
