DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Waiting for the redlight to change, In front of my car, a young man opens his door and dumps his fast food cup and bag on the road. Many cars, including myself honk viciously at him. He continues to drive like nothing as happened. I took a picture and so did the man next to me. Ill report it to the EPA. I hope he gets a well deserve ticket. |
