DETAIL DESCRIPTION
was driving behind gold chevy impala that backed out of apt/house parking lot across from st peters church in cosgrove and proceded to empty an ashtray from the vehicle onto cosgrove road then the passenger threw a water bottle from his window while driving north on cosgrove rd towards iwv. we confronted them and asked them to pick up what they had discarded at which time they threw more trash from the vehicle. both driver and passenger rude when confronted and left eastbound toward iowa city on IWV |
