DETAIL DESCRIPTION
The SUV was driven by a light skinned black woman, I think, with a gap toothed white guy in the passenger seat. Both were wearing sunglasses at night and the woman had her shirt off, presumably her pants because what they threw out their windows consisted of a condom, a plastic liquor bottle and at least two beer bottles.
Most of the garbage wound right up on the steps of a school/mosque right there.
The guy was yelling and cussing as they drove off and kept opening and closing the car door. They seemed pretty drunk/drugged and almost wrecked the car turning onto 7th. |
