DETAIL DESCRIPTION
We have a beautiful lake as part of the apartment complex we recently moved into. There is a male who has thrown litter into the lake on more than one occasion--trash, cans, cigarettes. Today he threw a can and a cigarette in the lake at around 10:30am. Hes tall, probably 60, slim/normal build, black male, red shirt, baseball hat (partially black), tattoos. It was on the lake side of Building 2. |
