DETAIL DESCRIPTION
This morning in the SoMa neighborhood of San Francisco on Bluxome St, I watched a passenger in a Salvation Army truck litter. The person (who may have been the driver or a passenger) tossed an open Heinz mayonnaise packet out of the passenger side window. I did not see the person, only the litter flying out the passenger side window.
The license plate no. on the truck is 54143D1, California plate. It was about 10 AM, Wednesday October 2, again, on Bluxome St in SoMa, San Francisco.
I dont think litter falls under Doing the most good. Litter is disgusting.
