DETAIL DESCRIPTION
I saw two A/A , tenants of the apartments, dumping two matresses on the curb of the apartments. They have been there since the 26th of October. My husband contacted the property owner (Thounsend) who said they will be picked up. As today, the matresses are still there. Last week, on the same location, a tire was dumped. The city is not responsible for picking up commercial dumping but existing laws should be enforced and property owner should be fined. Who shall I contact for the law to be enforced? Dumping/littering from those apartment ar habitual. |
