DETAIL DESCRIPTION
An erratically driving CV9 (I think) throws a beer bottle out the driver side window into the median divider on the West Side Highway at around 9am, in the 50s. Driver was driving aggressively in the rain, honking and almost causing two accidents while I watched. Deserves a punch in the mouth at the least, and DUI jail at the worst. |
