trash from trash pick up , crows got into trash paper plates, boxes, used napkins, plastic bags oil cans blowing and rolling in neighbors yards. tenant at address just walks over said trash and will not pick any of it up. oil can left after putting oil in car.trash still there blowing around since 12/12/13 trash pick up day. |
