DETAIL DESCRIPTION
A grocery bag full of trash was dumped on the corner of Edgemont Ave & E. Franklin Blvd in Gastonia, NC. This person had several items of trash with had name and address printed. Main one which was still fully in tack was a stop payment confirmation from Bank of America - for a stop payment - listed bank account, name, mailing address, etc.. The name which was printed was Kenneth Richard Bess, 1701 Poston Circle, Gastonia, NC 28054-4641. The bag had several other items some had parts of the name on the trash. |
