DETAIL DESCRIPTION
During a routing red-light, the driver dumped a plastic container, what appeared to be a plastic bag containing unknown items, and paper trash of several varieties, right onto the street from the driver side window. This was witnessed by several other vehicle, who all proceeded to honk our horns at the perpetrator. We were ignore and the individual continued to throw paper trash from his window. |
