DETAIL DESCRIPTION
At 4:30 today, january 27, I saw a driver at a stop light. He opened his door and very intentionally placed two plastic grocery size bags of trash on the street before he turned left into a shopping area. I believe I got the full license plate...not positive of the T, but i think it was 5HBT123...an older, dirty sedan, dont know make, tannish in color. |
