DETAIL DESCRIPTION I was driving south on Broads St. at 11:10 a.m., Sunday March 2, 2014. The car in front of me put out such a fog of smoke I moved to the left lane to avoid the blinding exhaust. When I pulled up along side the driver at a stop light I saw her throwing the clear plastic (with gold strip) and paper (that you find on a pack of cigarettes) out the drivers side window. The window was partially up and she had her hand with the contents toward the front of the window that is curved leaving a small space for the hand. I rolled down my window, asked her Can you please not do that. She replied, mind your own business, sped off and turned west on Oregon Ave. |
