DETAIL DESCRIPTION
The vehicle in front of mine threw out a chocolate milk container and a straw wrapper on the drivera side on LA 3213. They proceeded to throw out a full McDonalds happy meal out of the front passenger window on the on ramp to interstate 10. A few miles down they opened the rear passenger side door while going 80 mph and threw out a napkin. Then they threw out a Taco Bell bag and meal wrappers out of the drivers window while still speeding down I10. I was able to get their license plate, a white Expedition XWM697. The driver was a white female with brown hair, texting on a iphone with a wallet case. She was wearing a black lace shirt with fuzzy dice on the rear view mirror.
