DETAIL DESCRIPTION
An old house was divided into 4 rental units.
People from unit 2056 (apt. entrance is at the back of the building/house), the number is above their apt. entrance, have: (1) a large, queen or king size, blue spring box and a blue mattress; (2) cardboard boxes; the fire stairs of the unit at the other size is blocked by a large item; at the front of the building, visible from the street, diagonally to the mailboxes is a car battery that has been there for about 2 weeks; renters (unit 2056) changed their car battery and left the old one they removed laying there; (3) young renters (20s. early 30s) throw garbage without bags inside of the GRANGER receptacle, often some is laying on the ground, they do not close the lid, rodents can get into the garbage and bite others when they go late at night to throw their garbage, the smell can attract rodents. The neighborseyes are not able to enjoy natures view, but see mattresses and garbage. |
