DETAIL DESCRIPTION
While waiting to exit the US Bank parking lot onto 33rd Ave, I saw the man in the vehicle in front of mine throw an empty cigarette pack out of his drivers side window. I honked and asked him to pick it up but he did not.
Minutes later at the intersection of 33rd Ave. and Division St., he was in the left turn lane and I was next to him. He proceeded to throw garbage at my vehicle through his passengers side window.
I could not identify the make or model of the vehicle but I am 100% positive about the license plate. |
