DETAIL DESCRIPTION
I was driving behind a Honda Odyssey Van on Kiely Blvd San Jose. Around 6:55 PM, lot of tissues were thrown from the driver window. As such in the next signal I parked alongside the car and asked Not to throw trash as it would hide my front glass. He said he didnt do it and when I said that I saw his hand coming over the window and he called me MORON and other bad words.
As I want to report this I tried to take the photo but it wasnt much clear as my wife took from iphone. I can send the photo as a proof. May be we can try get better resolution from that.
I was accompanied by my wife, neighbour and 3 kids. I was driving a MAZDA 5 van. |
