DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Female passenger and male driver tossed cigarettes out of VW GTI on East Bound Route 52 near Regents Rd about 8 PM on Sep 24, 2010. Bright cigarette sparks lit up like a small fire work at night. I saw these two, both look alike young Japanese students driving out of Gilman Dr. La Jolla. Dont litter California! |
