DETAIL DESCRIPTION
We have witnessed the results of a number of illegal dumping activities over time by the same people; contents include pig, cow, chicken and deer parts in drywall buckets and plastic bags along with kitchen trash. We cleaned up for Green Day 2014 and two days later found another bag full of animal intestines, a whole dead chicken, and pigs feet; we are concerned about this offal polluting the stream (they dump these parts into a culvert that leads to a large stream) and we are concerned that amateurs may be capturing animals and butchering them inhumanely or even torturing them. These people dump at night (we know this because we walk our road every morning) and find evidence after cleaning up the day before. We have called Fish and Wildlife, the local police, and our local Game Warden and have been told there is nothing that can be done because of the domestic animals. We would like help with this.
