DETAIL DESCRIPTION
I saw several teenagers in a car, one of the teenagers throw a soda out their window and onto a pedestrian (appeared to be another student). They verbally harassed him and left without picking up the cup. The victim appeared to be embarrassed and unamused, while the students in the car were laughing at his expense. I was behind this car at the time which is how I was able to get down their license plate. |
