DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Saw the driver light a cigarette and then he threw the box out of his drivers window into the middle of I-75. I believe it was a box of the Marlboro Gold.
I called the Atlanta Police Department (398 Centennial Olympic Park Dr), and she told me to call 911 to report it. I told her that it was not an emergency, I just wanted to report someone littering and was told to call 911 anyway, and then she hung up. As a government employee, I know that 911 is used only for emergency calls. |
