DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Plastic Bags Containing Small Rocks and Advertisement being thrown into both mine and other residential driveways advertising Lawn and Landscape services, by Khanh Q Duong of 8813 Harlington Dr. SD, CA. 92126-2710; telephone number 858-635-8939. My repeated requests to stop throwing these packages into my driveway have been continually ignored. This issue is a continuing problem, as the plastic packages lie in driveways for extended periods of time, and often they make their way into local storm drains, as well as out in the middle of the street. This continuing littering practice shows an inconsiderate behavior of those individuals that frequent various neighborhoods in San Diego looking for work! The throwing of bags of stones and rocks is both a littering issue, but also allows the throwing of the bags of stones and rocks from truck windows at high speeds and with force to cause damages to properties as well as injury to individuals passing by or standing in the locations where the bags are being thrown. This activity is not monitored, rather is ignored by City of San Diego officials and Local City Council representatives. |
