DETAIL DESCRIPTION
I was stopped at the stop light on the Balboa exit/off ramp from the 118 East freeway. I noticed the driver of a red Lexus (in the lane to my right, one car in front of me) open his door (driver side), and slide a bag of trash under his car. He then closed his door and drove away, turning left onto Balboa. The bag was brown and looked like it could possibly be one from a drive though. Unfortunately I did not see the driver. But I did record his license plate number (California plates, Oct - plate number 6FWA905). |
