DETAIL DESCRIPTION
The car park on the Riverside Park on 147th-150th street attracts lawless attitude, playing extremely loud music, drinking, BQ and littering, sometimes until 2AM. Food, burning charcoal often drawn away burning trees and lawn. Police & park management often do nothing, and every weekend, big crowd of people gather because this is the spot in the city this lawless attitude is allowed. As a result, rats & mice are everywhere. Every Monday, residence face overwhelming trash. Law abiding residents of the neighbourhood is deprived of the park, deprived of quiet life. |
