DETAIL DESCRIPTION
The neighborhood children dispose of their garbage (including but not limited to: wrappers, paper, plastic, rotting non-degradable food items, broken glass, clothing items, chalk, crayons, etc.) all over our street. Their parents dont care, because they dont watch them. Ive never once seen one of their parents. Up and down the entire street of Lea Avenue there are trash toters. Every neighbor pays for trash service. There is absolutely no excuse for there to be so much garbage all over our lawns and in the street, on the sidewalk, etc. I am so fed up. It is disgusting and wrong. |
