DETAIL DESCRIPTION
There is trash, litter, trash cans, every type of litter along this piece of Hwy. Its been here for at least 3.5 years and no one will pick it up. DOTD tells me: we dont have manpower, we are cutting grass, and filling potholes. Please help. |
