DETAIL DESCRIPTION
A young couple with young child are home all day and night. When they smoke, they are required to stand 29 ft from apt building if they do smoke, but the funnybthing is there is a dumpster eithin arms reach to throw cig butts. Instead they just throw them on the ground. There are so many on the ground that its gross and disgusting. Mgmt uas been notified, but either cant or wont do anything about it. These bastards are too lazy to dispose of theit litter its annoying. |
