DETAIL DESCRIPTION
In the area just South of KR on 7th street where the Pikes Creek crosses a bridge, there is a small parking location and a garbage can, this area is used by fishermen and nature lovers. Someone is dumping large amounts of what seems like broken glass, TV, and other large piles of various types of debris, dont want to see this stuff get in the creek, wish we could find a way to see who is doing this, Can we find the right agency to go over there and take a look, get it cleaned up. I live in Kenosha and work in Racine, dive by and stop by this location frequently.
