DETAIL DESCRIPTION
November 9th 2010 around 1:30 pm I witnessed garbage being thrown from a parked van (dark blue or black, License plate # AMPP 962) through the drivers window. I approached the van and saw there was a man (white, in his thirties) sitting in the drivers seat and a woman (white, with dark brown shoulder length hair in her twenties or thirties) sitting in the passenger seat I made eye contact with the man, and told him to pick up his trash. he threw out another empty water bottle and told me to go fuck myself, I stated his license plate # out loud and said fine then Im going to report you. He responded call the police, call OPP call the RCMP call whoever and tell them I personally said they can go fuck themselves. I said I will and I walked away through the parking lot. |
