DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Driving northbound on I-75 from Sarasota, just prior to milemarker 211, the back window on driver side of car was put down, someones hand emerged and threw out a smoking cigarette. the hand appeared Caucasian. the window was put up again as soon as the smoke-emitting litter was thrown. the driver appeared to be female, the back seat litterer was obscured by tinted window. |
