At 3:12 pm, a female driving a gold Oldsmobile Alero, license plate number JMS 2404, threw a large cup, lid, and straw out of her drivers side window while driving on Shady Avenue. Driver was noticeably laughing after discarding her cup. The passenger in the vehicle then dumped the contents of her cup out of the passenger side window onto the street. |
