I was following a women driving a Mid 90s Gold station wagon on the 8 Eastbound near Fletcher Parkway exit, she threw out her cigarette butt which actually almost hit my car. While fire danger was not immediate, her habit is disgusting and I cannot stand for people littering in my city. She needs to be cited. |
