DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Male first threw out a water (or soda) bottle. He soon after threw out a food wrapper. Both items carelessly went out the drivers window as we followed behind him. Driver had spools of something in the bed of the truck, a toolbox in the bed of the truck, as well as 2 ladders on top of his truck. With all that other stuff, seems like a bottle and food wrapper could easily have stayed in his truck as well, at least until he could throw it away like a civilized, decent person. It disgusts me to share the road with trash like him and the trash he threw out the window, despite moderate traffic around him. |
